TANNER AG board members succeed founding family to lead the company

With the complete acquisition of the company shares by its current board members, TANNER AG, which is headquartered in Lindau, has successfully completed its planned company succession process. The new owners controlling equal shares are Dipl.-Kfm. Stefan Kügel (43) and Dipl.-Kfm. Georg-Friedrich Blocher (39).

Both have held managerial positions for more than ten years at the specialist firm for technical documentation and have been responsible for the operational business since 2007 as the two board members. Thus, the founders Helmut and Edda Tanner have completed their gradual systematic withdrawal from the company, 27 years after establishing the company.
