Analysis of the technical documentation
An analysis at the beginning of the cooperation establishes the certainty that the correct steps are being realized. From daily business, it is often difficult to identify where exactly the problems lie. In doing so, questions are posed from two perspectives.1. Questions from the view of results: Is the existing documentation good or not? If it is not good, how bad is it? Why isn't it good?
2. Questions from the view of the process: Does the cooperation within the editorial staff and with further stakeholders work? Where does it work and where doesn't it? And why?
It is not rare for the causes of problems to be in different areas than assumed at first. Often minor, simple steps can achieve enormous improvements.

- We carry out the analysis by moderating workshops, evaluating existing documents, surveying stakeholders and screening current figures (costs, expenses, deadlines).
